A Great Chicken Barbecue Dry Marinade

Stumped for great grilling ideas to test on the cheap gas grill you bought on sale? Here is a tasty dry marinade/seasoning you can use for you next set of chicken tenders or breast.

Here is what you will need:

1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
The juice squeezed from a medium sized lime
1 tablespoon agave sweetener (honey will work as well)

Once you have all of this mixed together and rubbed into the meat, let the meat soak in the marinade for about 2-4 hours before grilling. I should also mention the above marinade can comfortably coat about 8-10 pieces as pictured above. Grill the chicken normally at your usual temperatures and serve when you have reached the desired level of “doneness”. And voila you are done!
